Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.
More than just playtime, our fun-filled program empowers kids to strengthen their physical and mental capabilities, providing them with a foundation of health, fitness and confidence that will last a lifetime. Our certified coaches guide young athletes through skill work, conditioning workouts and games to boost fitness, strength, coordination and balance, athleticism and speed. Open to kids of all levels, ages 6 to 12 years old. $20 per class. Drop-ins and new friends welcome.
