If there’s something happening at CrossFit FNA, chances are Brittney had a hand in it. As co-owner and the powerhouse behind the scenes, she keeps the wheels turning, the events running, and the swag shelves stocked with her custom designs. From organizing the bi-annual Summit Games to managing apparel, branding, and now co-leading FNA’s integrated nutrition coaching platform, Brittney brings creativity, structure, and energy to every part of the gym.
She’s been part of CrossFit since 2017, but her athletic background runs far deeper — ultramarathons, triathlons, trail running, mountain adventures, and multi-day stage races like TransRockies. Her biggest accomplishments include conquering Lost Souls 50km, 100km, and the legendary Death Race 125km. Brittney thrives on challenge — physically, mentally, and spiritually. If there’s suffering involved, she’s probably signed up for it.
As a cancer survivor at 22 and survivor of a life-altering spinal fracture in 2022 where she came within 1cm of severing her spinal cord, Brittney has battled through trauma, surgeries, and setbacks most people can’t imagine. But instead of slowing down, she used it as fuel — proof that resilience isn’t about avoiding pain, but facing it head-on.
Her motivation? Her kids. As a mom of four, Brittney lives to be the example that strength isn’t about perfection — it’s about perseverance. Whether she’s coaching a mom through labour as a doula, supporting athletes through nutrition coaching, cheering on an athlete mid-WOD, or pushing herself to the brink in training, Brittney leads with the same message: you’re stronger than you think you are.
And yes — if it comes in leopard print, she probably owns it.
After surviving cancer at 22 and a near life-altering ski accident years later, Brittney realized her true purpose: to inspire others through her own story of resilience. Those experiences taught her that pain can become power — and that true performance and healing come from aligning training, nutrition, and mindset.
