It’s the same CrossFit methodology you know and love — constantly varied, functional movements performed at intensity — with smart coaching that respects the motherhood season.
Led by Coach Kayla (CrossFit & Nutrition Coach + mom) and supported by Brittney (mom + Birth & Postpartum Doula), each class focuses on rebuilding strength, confidence, and community in a safe and supportive environment.
