Our one-on-one sessions give you focused time with a coach who will meet you where you’re at and guide you toward your next breakthrough — whether that’s nutrition, performance, or consistency.

What’s Included

Each session is tailored to your goals and training level. Choose from any of the options below:

🥗 Nutrition Coaching

  • Initial Consult — A 60-minute deep dive into your current nutrition habits, goals, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your training.
  • Follow-Up Session — A focused check-in to track progress, make adjustments, and keep your momentum strong.

🏋️ Personal Training Sessions

  • 30-Minute Session — Short, focused, and intentional. Ideal for skill development, technique refinement, or accessory strength work.
  • 60-Minute Session — A full private session customized around your goals, from improving lifts to building conditioning and confidence.

🎯 Goal Setting Session

A 20–30 minute guided session to celebrate wins, assess progress, and create a clear action plan moving forward. Great for accountability and direction, whether you’re new to FNA or looking to level up your current training.

What to expect?

Each appointment begins with a quick check-in and ends with a clear takeaway. You’ll leave every session with practical tools, personalized feedback, and a next step to keep you moving forward.

Our coaches are experienced, encouraging, and fully invested in your success — blending professionalism with the down-to-earth FNA atmosphere our members love.

Prerequisites

None — all fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new to training or a long-time FNA athlete, your coach will tailor the session to your experience and goals.
